Returns and Exchanges
At DESSA we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; we want you to keep coming back for more, and to tell your friends about us
We are committed to customer service and satisfaction, so if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, we will offer refunds or exchanges if received within 30 days of purchase.
DESSA Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. (this be done via checkout system)
- Damaged/ Faulty items: Importantly, If something arrives damaged or faulty, please take a few images of the faulty item(s) right away and email us with the images on dessa4573@gmail.com. We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase if an item is damaged or faulty.
- Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dessa4573@gmail.com.
- Sale items - Only regular priced items may be exchanged and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns and/or exchanges.
