Whether you just love the ocean and want to make the most of the powerful surf, or maybe you have an injury or just cant stand up on your surfboards like you used to. We have returned our seniors back in the water after years off their surfboards and guided people to recovery with knee injuries where surfboarding just wasn't possible.

The easiest way to explain, is bellyboarding is halfway between body surfing and boogie boarding. The flex of the board allows you to control your speed and glide down the wave. Once you've felt it, you're hooked! Start in hip high water and jump in front of the wave, you'll be testing out the back with flippers in the bigger waves in no time!
