We have returned our seniors back in the water after years off their surfboards and guided people to recovery with knee injuries where surfboarding just wasn't possible.

The easiest way to explain, is bellyboarding is halfway between body surfing and boogie boarding. The flex of the board allows you to control your speed and glide down the wave. Once you've felt it, you're hooked! Start in hip high water and jump in front of the wave, you'll be testing out the back with flippers in the bigger waves in no time!
